Help with Record.

The steps for each are in the setup guide, with what each tool does and some questions to try.

Company lookups and quick search need no account. When you ask for a researched answer or a strategy brief, your assistant shows a sign-in button: sign in with Google or make a free account by email, press Allow, and the answer carries on. If the sign-in page doesn't open or says something went wrong, start the request again from your assistant. Forgotten your password? Reset it here.

Every Record account is Connect, and it is free: company lookups and quick search whenever you like, and 10 researched answers and 2 strategy briefs a day. The limit is counted over the last 24 hours, so each answer or brief comes back 24 hours after it was used. When you reach it, Record says so in its answer. Your account page shows what you have used, and has a Request more button if you need more. Want answers tuned to how your team buys? Ask about your own evaluator.

Remove Record from your assistant's connector or app settings. To cut it off from Record's side too, open your account page and revoke that assistant's connection; it stops working within a minute.

Record keeps the restructured reading of a question, never your own words. To get a copy of what your account holds, correct it, or delete it, write to join@the-cast.org. The detail is in the privacy policy.

Each profile is built from what the company states on its own website. If something is out of date or wrong, write to join@the-cast.org with the company's name and what needs changing. Vendors cannot pay to be included or to rank higher.
